Is PhotoNex free to join?
Yes. Registering, creating a profile and searching are free. Verified users get free credits every month for actions like unlocking contact details.
What are credits?
Credits protect professionals’ phone numbers from spam. You spend a credit to unlock a contact or send a booking request. You always see the cost and your balance before anything is charged.
Why are phone numbers hidden?
To stop scraping and spam calls. Numbers are masked until you unlock them, and professionals choose whether to share them at all.
Does “verified” mean the professional is vetted?
Not on its own. “Phone verified” only means we confirmed the number. “Documents reviewed” means our team checked business documents. We show each badge separately.
Can one account have several roles?
Yes. You can be a photographer, an album designer and a rental provider, and also book others, all from one account.
Which languages are supported?
English first, with Tamil and Hindi coming. More Indian languages will follow.
